Yes. A Monthly Challenge Course is included with both Memberships.
Members also gain exclusive access to the full collection of Essential Lifestyle Design Elements Courses, available to purchase and complete while their Membership is active.

Yes - Members can comment on our Monthly Insights, Monthly Challenges and weekly online ‘In the Moment Meetings’.
Interaction is optional, and all posts are visible to other members within the Member and Meeting Area, as per our T&C.

As a Member, all BE YOU BE FREE JUST BE Courses can be completed at your own pace.
All Course access continues while your Membership remains active and ongoing.

You can book a 1:1 ‘In the Moment Meeting’ on this home page.
And as a BE YOU BE FREE JUST BE Member, you have access to weekly online group ‘In the Moment Meetings’.

The FOCUS Membership is billed monthly and the FOUNDATION Membership is billed annually.
Both renew automatically and you can cancel at any time, via your account settings.

Notifications & Emails
Payment reminders, confirmations and updates for Memberships, Meetings, Courses and Events are emailed to you.

No — as long as you use the same account, your Membership progress and purchased Courses remain saved.
To maintain uninterrupted access, it’s best to upgrade to a yearly Foundation Membership, before your current monthly Focus Membership expires.

You will lose access to your Membership and all Courses.
To retain access to everything in your Membership, it’s essential to keep your recurring payments active.

Log in to your account and update your payment details or email under your Membership settings.
Your updates automatically apply to future recurring payments.
