BE YOU BE FREE JUST BE Lifestyle Design Memberships, ‘In the Moment Meetings’, Courses & Events

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Lifestyle Design Membership, Meetings, Courses or Events (live, digital, individual or group) offered by Angie Hill – Be You Be Free Just Be, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Lifestyle Design Memberships

  • ‘In the Moment Meetings’ (group and 1:1, online and in-person)

  • Online, digital self-paced courses

  • Workshops, Programs, and Events

All services are intended to support personal development and self-growth and do not replace psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to participate unless written parental or guardian consent is provided.

By registering or enrolling (including checking any Terms & Conditions box), you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.

  • Payment must be received in full (or in accordance with an agreed payment plan) before access to services is granted.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to any Membership, Meeting, Course, or content if payment is not received or is overdue.

5. Membership Responsibility & Course Access

  • Access to all Lifestyle Design Membership Meetings, Content and Courses, is exclusive and tied to an active Membership.

  • Members are responsible for keeping their Membership current, including updating payment details as needed, to maintain uninterrupted access.

  • If your Membership lapses, you will lose access to all Membership areas, benefits and all Course content - including any purchased Courses.

    Switching Membership Plans

  • If you change from a monthly ‘Focus’ Membership to a yearly ‘Foundation’ Membership, or vice versa, your Membership and Course progress and purchases remain saved, when using the same account/email.

  • To maintain uninterrupted access, it’s best to switch before your current Membership expires.

  • Please note: creating a new account or changing your login email may result in loss of access to your original Membership, Course progress, and purchased content.

    Non-Transferability

Memberships, Meetings, Courses, and access rights are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, give, or otherwise transfer your Membership, Meetings or Course access to any other person. Access is granted only to the registered Member and is contingent on maintaining an active Membership.

Member-Generated Content / Comments

  • Members may post comments on blogs, monthly challenges, and insights within the Member Area.

  • By posting content, you grant Be You Be Free Just Be a limited right to display your content to other members.

  • Members are responsible for their own submissions and must not post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

  • We reserve the right to moderate or remove any content that violates these Terms.

  • Interaction features (comments, insights, challenges) are only available to active members and are non-transferable.

6. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

Lifestyle Design Memberships & Meetings (1:1 or Group)

  • Refunds and transfers are not offered for completed or partially used Memberships or Meetings.

  • 1:1 Meetings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be forfeited and not refunded.

Courses (Online or Live)

  • Refunds and purchaser transfers are not offered for digital or self-paced Courses.

Course Transfer for Upgrade (Only)

  • You may request to transfer monies paid toward an upgrade from a lower-value ‘destination’ course to the “Be You Be Free Just Be – Complete 12 Essential Elements Course.”

  • Transfers require a minimum of 24 hours’ written notice and payment of any price difference.

  • An administration or transfer fee of up to $250 may apply.

Live Workshops, Events & Programs

  • Cancellations must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund, less administration fees (up to $250).

  • No refunds are offered for missed group sessions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

7. Intellectual Property

All memberships, Meetings, Courses, and Events are for individual use only, unless otherwise stated.

All website content, memberships, meetings, courses, events, tools, videos, recordings, PDFs, written materials, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Angie Hill – Be You Be Free Just Be and may not be shared, sold, copied, distributed, or repurposed without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

  • All personal information shared during 1:1 meetings is treated as confidential, except where:

    • Disclosure is required by law (including risk of harm to self or others), or

    • Written consent is provided by the client.

  • Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group meetings, communities, programs, events or live sessions due to the presence of other participants.

9. Technology & Access

You are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access and devices to participate in services. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, or technical issues outside our control.

10. Disclaimer

All services are provided for personal development purposes only. Outcomes vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances. No guarantees are made regarding results.

Our services do not replace professional medical, therapeutic, counselling, financial, or legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angie Hill – Be You Be Free Just Be is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damages arising from participation in any membership, meeting, course, or event.

12. Privacy

We collect, store, and use personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

By enrolling or participating (including checking any Terms & Conditions box), you consent to the collection and use of your information for service delivery, communication, and administration related to memberships, meetings, courses, and events.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to Australian jurisdiction.

  • You consent to your username and submitted content being displayed to other members within the relevant Member Area

  • You acknowledge that content shared in group or public forums may not be private

  • We may moderate or remove content that is inappropriate, offensive, or violates our Terms & Conditions

4. Non-Transferability & Access Control

  • Memberships, courses, and access rights are personal and non-transferable

  • You may not sell, give, or otherwise transfer membership or course access to any other person

  • Access to member areas and content (including comments, challenges, and insights) is contingent on maintaining an active membership

5. Storage and Security

  • We store personal information securely and only for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law

  • We take reasonable precautions to protect against unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure

6. Sharing Personal Information

  • Personal information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide services or as required by law

  • Comments and member-generated content may be viewable by other members within the relevant member areas

7. Your Rights

  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time

  • You can opt out of communications not essential to membership delivery
